International sloooow

Mine almost totally dead too...whats up with this almost 2 days now !!!!! Webafrica. Anyone got any feedback on this.

A co-worker here is With Webafrica and he says they're dsl is fine. We are still struggling here at work though...

No notice on the webafrica site, please tell me they know about this !!! :erm:

I would love to know how 340 Gbps is "a significantly higher capacity" than 1.28 Tbps... :)

340 Gbps > 80 Gbps. That is all that Seacom is running at the moment. There is no demand for the rest right now (from the consumers maybe, but not from the money hungry ISPs).

Just logged a ticket with WebAfrica. The first person to respond told me in very certain terms that WA only supplies the data and has nothing to do with the speeds we are experiencing. The person told me to log a fault with Telkom :erm: Safe to say, I almost lol'd and cried at the same time.

I'm glad to see someone else on WA have the same problems. It's been seriously slow for us since last week Friday, it's really really frustrating.

Fix please

Ja, my international is incredibly slow at the moment on SAIX and WebAfrica.

Same here. WebAfrica SAIX - international sites very slow since yesterday afternoon. I'm surprised there's nothing on the SAIX noticeboard about this. I changed DNS servers to OpenDNS but it makes no difference.

Been crappy for a few days already ........ my Imaginet refuses to do any International.

FF:
