A lot of people talking about the purple, but I am seriously impressed by Space Black, a truly “murdered out” iPhone.
 
I was expecting a much larger price difference between 13 Pro and 14 Pro ...

Part of me now wishes I'd been a tad more patient

The 13 Pro was a contract and the 13 Mini was through iStore - but they early offer low prices.

My gf was going to trade her Huawei M20P and they offered her R1.5k or something. She sold it privately a few days later more than double.

I was curious about the 13 Pro I’d had for a week and asked trade in - R14k!

It was more a want than anything. I reckon my next generation are when they have USB C ports
 
If you're buying the phone cash, I would recommend going the incredible connection route, they are offering between 2-4k cashback. Maybe pick up some new Mag-safe accessories or AirPods.

Haha, yeah the trade-in values are hilarious at this point, they sort of begin making sense 2-3 years in as they begin matching the devices worth on the 2nd hand market, when I had my 11PM it was like R10K trade-in this year if I remember correctly, which is about what it’s worth second hand.

Indeed, the 15 will probably jump to USB-C it’s also jumping to a 3nm chip, so it may be quite a big evolution of iPhone.

This actually reminds me, did anyone see any updates to Lightning on the 14 Pros? I know one of the big issues with 13 Pro is that transferring ProRes videos is a mission due to slow USB speeds, did the 14 Pro get a bump there?

I just pulled the trigger on the iStore Online Site - this looks a very good deal though given that I'm planning to buy the Airpods Pro 2 as well.

Going to cancel on the iStore and get this deal.

Does anyone know when the Vodacom Pre-Orders open? There is no info on their website and their 'sales' team do not seem to know what is going on.....
