Well, not even providing a launch date certainly won't help boost demand. Thanks for the info though. My local iStore seems to be particularly hapless so I'm assuming they have no clue what's happening.

guys? The istore icare extension promised on the new iPhones? How do we claim that?

Haven't done that yet and you have two weeks to do it, but you should have a, 'claim your free iCare' pamphlet from the store, as well as your invoice.
Scan the QR code on the pamphlet with your camera, click on the iStore link and fill in your invoice number is my understanding.

Its upgrade time and I'm coming from a standard iPhone 11 64g (which still has 91% battery thanks to a Core replacement). Do I get standard iPhone 14 or the older iPhone 13 Pro? Both look like having similar monthly contract fees, but not sure which is better value.

I was in the same situation. I chose to go for the 14 Pro Max. I guess my thinking was that I wanted a drastic upgrade as I don't plan on upgrading again for at least 4 years.

Agreed. The Pros make the most sense this year, no point in the standard 14 unless you want the lighter iPhone 14 Plus.

Yeah, don't really want to stretch to 14 Pro contract repayments, hence wondering if the 13 Pro might be better option than the standard 14.

I would take the 13 pro over the normal 14. The 14 doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
I would also take the 13 pro over the normal 14, seeing as the 14 is basically a 13 anyway.
