I don't think his complaints are unfair. iOS8 is quite buggy.

8.1 has been very stable for me on my 6 and air! I don't think iOS 8 is anymore or less buggy than iOS 7 was at launch!

Haven't experienced the disappearing keyboard, stuck in landscape mode, or erratic wifi connection he speaks of...

I agree on the slippery issue! Damn, the 6 is like an eel!! Has to be used in conjunction with a decent cover/pouch! That would resolve 3 of his 5 main gripes...

Hahaha, as you know I can't stand covers/pouches! The phone is just too beautiful to cover it up. Just need to be very careful with it

Sure. It just happens to be that all the right kind of "abnormal circumstances" only happened to the iphone 6 years... and even when the same kind of "abnormal circumstances" were tried on the Note 4 it didn't have the same effect.
