You get soft crumbly Danish type Feta, and then much harder type that makes very nice cubes. But these days anything goes, like putting pineapple on pizza. That would have been regarded as sacrolige in my distant youth.
 
How did this worldwide weirdness even start? If you like marmite and peanuts on your pizza, just do it, fark anyone's opinion. Wot a cheek!
 
All these people tell you what you can and cannot have.
Red wine must go with meat, white wine with fish, no pineapple on pizza.

Life is too short to worry about that. If you like it then go for it. Fck what other people say.

I Like pineapple on pizza but it needs something rich to offset the tartness, like blue cheese or brie. Maybe even parmesan.

Personally I don’t like it. Ruins the flavour of everything else and adds a texture that doesn’t work well with the base, sauce, cheese or other toppings.
But each to their own.

Because it's sweet it seems odd to many of us if anyone likes pineapple less, or finds it overpowering, but suppose that must be part of it.
