ITNT Capped DSL Feedback

Yes, if you have the connection speed and enough to download. I don't so I was speaking of my circumstances.

I wonder who does their business plan. They really need to fire him.

I bought 10GB on the 29th thinking that if i get problems with telkom again during October i got a backup. 1st of October i tried the account again and it was suspended. I only discovered afterwards that the bandwidth is only valid for the month you buy it in.

A wasted R10 bucks.

Once again the prices have changed. It now costs R36 for 5 + 5 Gigs

According to them in the correspondence between myself and support on technical matter where I commented about what does not work, there is no problem with their business plan
Actually the whole debacle initially was entertaining but it got rather tiresome and irritating very quickly.

I feel your pain dude. I did the same thing . They are robbing us . Imagine a 100 people did this? Will never take anything from them again. Afrihost and Webafrica are the best.

Did you read the t&c's?

This company written off in my books - I only wasted 9 bucks as I managed to download about 1GB of stuff afore the started their nonsense....
I immediately cancelled thereafter...

Dear ITNT, stop sending me usage details on an account you suspended. Fcking noobs.

I decided to give them a try. So far I have just received good service from them and in particular Johan Wilsenach. They are very quick to reply to any queries and issues will be sorted out just as quick. The Topup data costs are also cheap on their Promo. I'm currently paying R1 per gig for topups. Hopefully it will continue after October.

I will wait until end of the month and see how they perform when there is demand for data.

That is good to know. If need more data come month end might just get the cheapest account they have.

Top ups can only be bought when one's usage hits 80%. That is a good way to prevent data gluttons buying up the cheap top-ups at the start of the month. I got to 80% usage and found 720GB of R1/GB top-ups still available. Top-up size was 10GB only. Meaning only 28 people had bought top-ups in the first 7 days of the month. I was quite relieved. Now I must reach 80% again to buy more. Actually seems quite fair.

Did anyone but a new 5+5GB package at R 36pm I wonder if they regard using 4GB as 80% daytime usage in terms of allowing topups? I suppose they must or daytime-only users would be capped at 5GB.

I initially bought a 5+5gb at R36. As far as I know the 80% is on the daytime data. After that I bought topup data on a few occasions. The topup data is also split 50/50 between daytime and midnight data.

So if you do not make use of any midnight data then you are essentially paying R2 per GB for daytime data?

Wonder if this is a new openweb type in the making
