They left out the most important tip, "Never hand in your sim card with your cell, for repair or whatever." A friend's son's fiancée got ripped like that/
 
Interesting tip; it sounds obvious but people can forget such basic things in the daily rush of life
 
It is recommended that customers regularly change their PIN.
Actually, every time you change your pin you run the risk of somebody picking up the change.
It's better to not change your pin unless you have cause to do so.

i withdraw the money at 9 and only receive the notification at midday, so who,s responsible for the delay? network service provider or the bank?
 
Selloml, that is why I don't want anything to do with RVN "Oh, but it is quick" says the teller. Huh!
For those that don't know what a RVN is, when you log in they sms another password to you.
