I am on a 350mb data contract (with modem) and am struggling to increase it to 500mb. My contract is now 14 months old. The people at MTN keep of telling me differing stories. I phoned 808 and they told me to visit an MTN outlet to complete the migration forms or they can fax me some. After going to the MTN outlet and completing the forms now 808 is telling me I have to wait as my contract is not up for an upgrade.
Now I mean really, what stops them from migrating me to a contract that will ensure a steady flow of higher income till end of the contract?
