Driven both long distances and both have an amazing drive.
2nd vote would be a Honda Jazz mk2 phase 2. From mk3 they are build in India and quality dropped quite a bit.

Update. Insurance for this would run about 280eur per month. The road tax would be about 100 a month on top of that. So 400eur per month, and you haven't even started to feed the beast. I'm tapping out on this one

Our mechanic said they are one of his favourite cars because they just don't give trouble.
They are just not very refined.

The engine is the only good thing on it, the car literally falls apart while driving, panel gaps enlarge, interior trim falls off, the lights go hazy in no time at all, it really is a very bad car overall.
My cousin has one and it explicitly says the car is not designed to tow anything, that says a lot about the structure of the car. I saw it recently and the car looks so oud soos die berge compared to my 17 year old car.
There is a very good reason Toyota never brought it back, it was a real threat to their credibility.
