Hopefully its the 50gb for around 200-350 per month
MTN did have the 50gig packages with afrihost and others for 350pm

I probably only used around 50gb the entire 2 years.. Nice to know I have it though - incase I need it. The minutes and free MTN to MTN was really handy too.
Take note MTN, I'm one of the ones you want to keep around since I'll probably not use the data anyway

Same. Normally 1-2 GB a month. Used 30GB once while on holiday.

But nice to know it is always in my pocket in case I need it

Assume we all got the same SMS. The point is what is the 'new special' going to be? I refuse to upgrade my MTN contract now, as all the offers at the moment are rubbish (phones, and bundles). I would gladly pay what I am paying now for even half the data, SMSes and calls. Lets be honest. We dont need the SMSes at all.

Received the same sms.

They did call last month offering me a upgrade. I just told them what you giving me is a downgrade.

Probably best to wait this out and see. If the deals are not good, we will be leaving in droves.
