Seriously? Lets do a bit of stats ..
1) Telkom drop is 30% accross the board.
2) ISP's claim that IPC is the biggest portion of their monthly expence.
Btw, did you notice how will@MWEB's already backtracking on that statement in his post?
3) MWEB therefore gets 30% cut of their biggest cost (accross the board & without lifting a finger) and all they can manage is a reduction of 1mbps by 33%, 1mbps business by 18% and 384 by 9%? In other words their three lowest-end products gets a avg/combined reduction of 20%.
How big a portion of their total range are those three products do you think? Did you even think that MWEB will be pocketing the 30% reduction on every single one of their other products, and you're ecstatic over nothing but a vague promise of an 'enhanced network'. Amazing, you guys have very short memories and you will never learn.
I repeat, despite your objections you're a pushover that love being screwed. You will continue to bend over until you learn what it means to use your collective power as consumers to fight back against being overcharged.
Might as well go out and buy those e-tags, Treasury did say that it makes economic sense after all!
