try final fantasy 14's downloader, i get like 5kB/s max. at least there is the torrent/direct download method too or else i might had wrist slitting.
 
Mweb is really working on my nerves now. I'm not downloading at all on my uncapped account during the day anymore. I want to download a simple 50mb file off rapishare at 22:00, and I'm getting a speed of 0.28 kb/s at the fastest, until it finally breaks. Also with Megaupload, breaks the connection. When I download from something like cnet downloads, I get 45 kb/s. How can they explain this. Throttling so badly that I can't do anything anymore. Hellopeter her I come. I declare war against these c@#ts now..... We have to put up with this all the time now.

My connection has been flying - I needed a 14GB download last night, by this morning before work, kicked off at 8pm, was done when I checked this morning at 7am.

Nice to be getting decent speeds again :) Hope it lasts.

But does anyone have the internet addict version of MWEB uncapped? Is it worth it, any and all experiences please.

Rather go with openweb gold on IS or Neology backbone. Don't bother with addict.

For **** sakes Mweb, can i not use my ADSL in peace for MORE than one day without you ****ing around with it !
