Could this be the beginning of the end me wonders.

Trying that now, but appears to be even worse

Tried another ISP capped account, seems it is not my line going pear shape for a change.

whats the difference between using @mweb and @mwebdsl when logging in?

Yeah everytime I reboot my router the ping goes down for 5-10 minutes, then shoots up again.
