Download speeds are shocking at the moment averaging 130k +- where normally on 400+ k/s on 4 mb uncapped adsl.

Hi Mweb guy, streaming is all i really do on my connection these days. I don't download too much, but I do a LOT of streaming.

Is there anything specific I can test for you?

Please note that the international outage has been resolved, please reboot your router for at least 30min and provide me the relevant feedback.

I only signed up with Mweb yesterday, after a lot of problems with my old ISP, so far it is not of to a great start...
I am on a 4MB shaped account

It seems everything is back to normal now, from about 20 minutes ago. At least, the latency in WoW is back to what it should be

Did you hold the reset key for at least 16seconds, also did you then reconfigure the router afterward.

All streaming, be it video or sound is terrible. Likewise downloads, I'm getting an average of 70kbps max on across the board.

I agree, something is STILL not right after the outage today. My international speeds are still slow including buffering on YouTube(I hardly ever buffer on normal occasions).

Have been with Mweb since Thursday and i have to say that im not very impressed right now.

Most of the time things are good and fast but since yesterday i have had slow speeds and high latency.



This test to london shows higher than normal latency and very slow download speeds.
