Is the seacom outage still going on? my torrents are going really slowly, like <10KBps on a 4mb uncapped account

This does not constitute proof that there is or was a SEACOM outage. There has been no confirmation or announcement from either MWEB or SEACOM. I couldn't figure out from that TENET page how to tell that SEACOM was down.

I suspect that its just a graphing problem. Cacti can be a little fussy.

Considering I am getting a 300ms to Battleping, which I used to get 235ms to, yes there is still a problem with international. My latency/ping is extremely important to me and after purchasing a 1gig unshaped WebAfrica account my latency is sitting on 180ms. So please explain to me what is happening. If you aren't going to cater for us WoW players please let me know. If there is no problem going on it means you are HEAVILY SHAPING the WoW ports and causing me a huge problem. I can't get lower than 300ms now to Battleping with my Mweb Uncapped 4mb account. WebAfrica (unshaped so it makes sense but still) 180ms. I USED TO get 235ms to england server on Mweb Uncapped and now its sitting on 305ms. Please help.

Very slow international here, from downloading to loading flickr images. Keep us updated please Mweb reps, but I guess until Seacom realises they're dead in the water you can't do much.
