Yes, thanks, that's always the first thing I do. No effect.
Edit: I also set to use the Google DNS, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4

When last where you disconnected from the game? Do you know how long it takes to go from one disconnect to the next? (timeframe).

Not working for me, it's now even worse. See where my cursor is that is where I started using the IP. Now look at the error messages!

IP doesn't work for me either... just like everything else MWEB related... hell, not even YouTube works - buggers every 5 seconds! 
Last time was about 30 minutes ago. It seems to be random. The first time was about 5 minutes in, the next one almost immediately, then about 10 minutes again. I will do some more testing to try to see a pattern, and get back to you. Thanks.

Are you watching high res videos? Are you running any sort of downloads while watching YouTube?

and what makes me wonder...the people that are having problems, and are not in IT...how do they have to solve the ongoing issues?? I am just reading change this, change that, router, IP, DNS...whatever. Is the Internet not supposed to be easy going for non IT guys? Mweb guy...can you give an answer to that? I don't want to fiddle every week with setup etc., I just want a trouble free internet for my bucks. None of my mates overseas has this troubles, they also don't have a forum that is 817 pages long...its simply not needed there.
This is just so Fsucking ridiculous, just as recent as a month or so ago I could do all those things in unison without even realizing there are other downloads happening. I have a router and two PC's connected, sometimes three PC's as well as a PS3. One PC would browse or face book while another streaming video and myself doing downloads and browsing and at the same time play KZ3 on PSN without much lag. Now I cannot even browse properly when someone streams a YouTube video. What have Mweb fsucked up so badly?
Its not the first time I note the questions of multiple connections or downloading pops up and gets asked. It's seems Mweb changed something to limit the connections you may have to their server.

MWEB there is a YouTube problem.... It has been going on for weeks now...Buffering is SLOW even on 360p...Please fix it... Thank you.

I tell you how they get rid of the people, they feed them bullshyte stories that makes no sense so it confuses them so the people just accept it and hang up.

MegaXLR, I asked gdiza these questions as he has a 384 account. Multiple connections and similtaneous traffic, like downloading, will impact other traffic more visibly.
Are you referring to connections to our news server?
Yes, my 4M account performs worse than many 384 accounts I read about on MyBB. I was waiting for a resolve and are now still waiting for my requested cancellation forms as this service means nothing anymore. This service became a load of rubbish and the endless "solutions" MwebGuy's present here is also a load of time wasting garbage as the problems remains and no solutions are coming forward. It is very clear that Mweb degraded this service and are stalling for time to retain customers as long as they can. I will not be paying another cent towards this service as there is none.

Restarted not only my Linux box but also my router. Still can't connect to news servers!
What else would you like to suggest I try? Maybe NOT using MWEB? Oh... yes, did that already - other accounts work fine... so... what's your excuse for this shyte service? want me to call out Telkom and test my line too while we at it?
