Hi MWEB GUY!!

Can you sort out the problem with my additionally requested business email or not?

I did email the requested document (the Mweb Business Mail Administration Order number 1471061 of 3 April 2011) ,
I did also fax as you requested this document on the 9th June 2011 to fax 021 596 8388,
I did PM that I had done so and the fax number where it came from,

WHATS UP??? Mweb is not doing anything? I am not happy OK!?
If you can't please just say so, if you have asked someone to contact me, THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO!! - please kick some BUTT at MWEB!

In short I have been waiting since 3 April to get a new email address added to our corporate account with MWEB Business after the system acknowledged receipt with a order number. The problem is that the email address' password is not changed - it is a default password from mweb 654321, which is insecure. This is not about a silly agenda I NEED THE EMAIL FOR BUSINESS, AS SIMPLE AS THAT!

I can't understand this slovenly approach at all.

On my uTorrent i see alot of Mweb users downloading Glee Season 2. Is there anyone here that can tell me what speed they getting off that torrent?
There are alot of peers yet its going damn slow.
 
about 70kps, though just tested it , don't actually watch it :P

i tested season 2 480p

though my mweb news is going at 200kbs+ , paused it when i tried the torrent :P
 
International usenet is a joke.

IS IT WORKING AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO?​

I just need to know whether to cancel or not. 0-5kb/s 24 hours a day is not satisfactory.

I am watching it with my sister so thats why im downloading it but season 2 is just crawling along at under 10kb/s

Edit: Mweb Guy, i'm sorry but this is it. I am finished now. If i don't have proper feedback by COB tomorrow I am cancelling.

I am tired complaining, and moaning, and souring my life in general. I just want the service that I always have.

Like i say, this is it - if you don't want me as a subscriber then you have succeeded in your goals.

Anyone having insanely slow speeds from the PSN? Is something up with international?

Can't even watch 240p streams. Completely ridiculous.
 
O.k, so its after 10pm and shaping still seems to active. Is this unreasonable? Not a heavy downloader, but pausing the the psn for a steam download is giving me 38 kbps. Isn't this off the local mweb server?
 
Mweb Guy: Any reason why I still can't even telnet news.mweb.co.za 119, sitting in Midrand ? Since last week Thursday !
 
384k line file via Megaupload 10 KB/s same file 3 min later on Telkom 38 KB/s
 
No more BSOD's so I can give half decent feedback :) Last nite was ggooooodddd....

Yes - Easynews shaping has become unusably bad...

Not downloading alone, even browsing the site. I got 5 times the speed when throttled at another ISP.

Time to wish MWEB goodbye and good luck I think.
 
Im gonna wait this out, Had much worse experiences with Iburst, believe you me. I doubt Mweb will screw over loyal customers without telling them their gonna get screwed over
