I cancelled a week ago, just sent a email to [email protected] and gave them a reason, day later they advised that my account will stop end of Dec, which is fine by me, moving to greener pastures 2011! whoop!
Is it your PPPoE connection that drops, or your ADSL line that is losing sync?this is bull****, my connection drops every 5 minutes and speeds are terrible...
