I'm now suffering lots of disconnections from european game servers for eve. My line is connected but I keep getting kicked by the client.

This account is pathetic at streaming and browsing, I am not only interested in downloading torrents. This is not worth R1999, account is far too unreliable and unstable! I want this sorted once and for all, otherwise I am considering cancelling and not prepared to give a calender months notice! As this is not delivering what is promised.

PS sorry for sounding like a douch bag but I am desperate and irritated now!

I am not running any downloads while I browse the web or do any streaming. It is pure 4mb unshaped and uncapped with nothing else but a Youtube video can't load

Thank you for your feedback Linoman; I have re-authenticated your account and change a setting. PLease power down your router and PC for atleast 30min and provide me the relevant feedback.

MWEB is shaping torrents to such an extent that if i start utorrent my internet connection dies.
Cant surf, no emails nada. It kinda restores if i close all P2P apps.
Funny thing is that I'm on a 384 uncapped unshapped account.
It's been like this for a week now.
What is going on?

I am in Cape Town..

I can connect to the news server, a connection is created... but nothing downloads.. it times out and the process is repeated.
 
it suddenly died on me too, mayby the int line was cut?

Same here in Jhb. It connects, drops the connection and reconnects. Keeps repeating the process but nothing downloads.

Powered router down for 30, brought it back up again. Still no connection on news, Steam downloading @ 20kbps, browsing is improved.

I haven't tried Eve yet as it's late and got work in the morn, will try again in the morning.
 
Getting ridiculous here too. Hardly ever have a connection to the news servers.

Seems I'm almost back to normal this morning, Eve appears stable, browsing ok, News is working again but only a sinlge connection not the normal 2.
 
Hi Everyone

It's my understanding that the news server has been experiencing some stability issues and there is a software upgrade on the change control schedule that we hope will address this. I'll look into this today and get you some feedback on when you can expect this to be resolved.
