MWEB Uncapped Subscribers Feedback

We all understand the shaping policy and know that p2p needs to be shaped during the day, but what I can't understand is that its currently broken (ie ZERO Kbps) and no one from Mweb seems to be bothered about it. We keep getting quotes about shaping!

Just got my invoice for the month and I dont feel like paying it until this is fixed!! :mad:
 
Yea if this is not fixed shortly i will tender my resignation. Horrible, i would rather pay for gold and have a 4 meg line again than sit with a 1 meg line :(.

nope,simply pointing out that you lack facts and you are counter productive in this thread which if you haven't realized is for mweb customer feedback.you are simply trolling.
 
I've really had quite enough of this! Mweb will be getting a cancellation from me! Having to constantly refresh Facebook and other websites... I cannot remember when last I've seen anything faster than 60kbs! right now its below 6kbs! from time to time it will bob around 30k... this is NOT 4meg, can't call it 512K either!... I've also noticed even on a good day, downloading any torrent script, it won't exceed much faster than 1kbs to get that file... and they often time out! same with some files from fileshare etc... :mad:
 
streaming from gomtv.net at an average of about 45KBps.... :(

this is on 4mbps uncapped.
 
Problem is not resolved yet :( Well, i can connect to news.mweb.co.za again at a wopping 6kb/s. No other NNTP working. What is going on?!
 
Yeah, I'm really dissapointed, connected to Astraweb for the first time in 5 months tonight and I have yet to see the speed exceed 35kb/sec... WTF
 
come now its almost f&cking 8pm and this **** isnt working still WTF IS GOING ON HERE?!?!?

My connection seems to be normal tonight.. I am actually connecting to astraweb.. and mweb news.. getting about 100kb .. which is normal for this time of the night

my astraweb is also giving me about 30kb of my 100kb,, the rest is from mweb news


lol you can see all is well in mweb land.. this forum is very quiet..
