if it was shaping things would at half-speed at worst NOT dead

Edit: torrents seem to work slighty and only for so long then it dies again

Thanks for being on the forum at this time MWEB Guy - any answers as to why file sharing hosts are not loading or are somewhat slow? Really, I just want to download a 10mb file and my uncapped account can't even do that!

Lets not even get in to the news server discussion, that is completely dead.

Just glad WoW is working nicely! Suppose it's because the rest of the network is unused

Yup, did the cache thing etc on Chrome only other browser i have is ie9 - site does not seem to be compatible with it.
Thanks for your response though, i will try from work tomorrow.
I don't envy you for having to deal with these issues daily, must be hard working for a company who is incapable of providing a good service.

I'm now starting to find it funny that people are still complaining about p2p and nntp. Over the last couple pages it's quite obvious that it's really NOT a priority and they most likely are doing this to get heavy users off their network.
