Hi Graal,
None taken, maybe I had to Quote Blizzard: "“*As of July 2010, the 'official' definition of Broadband Internet (per the FCC) is '4Mbps downstream and 1Mbps upstream'. Anything lower than this is not 'officially' broadband.” and also say that 384kbps will not work for everyone. Like you stated it work for you.
Well, unfortunately the truth is that the vast majority of players playing on 384 accounts have no trouble at all, and a lot of them who have been playing for years now haven't had trouble either. There should be no issues playing any MMO online with a 384 line, regardless of what Blizzard considers broadband to be. Unfortunately, seeing as that is the requirements posted by Blizzard, Mweb can now hide behind that and state that there is nothing they can do, and there is nothing the Mweb users can do about it. That way Mweb doesn't even have to worry about looking into the issue and a possible solution, because 'Blizzard says 384 isn't good enough, despite people actually using 384 claiming otherwise.'
This just makes me even more glad that the 2gb Mwebaccount I have is being reserved as a backup account, and I can say with certainty that if I were to ever become unhappy with my uncapped account at my current ISP, I certainly wouldn't consider moving to the Mweb Uncapped Offering.

Is the Afrihost unshaped on the SAIX network sandmann?
Hey Mweb Guy,
I did just that and here's the result:
Last Result:
Download Speed: 919 kbps (114.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 299 kbps (37.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 432 ms
Jitter: 20 ms
Packet Loss: 0%
I think a lot depends on what you're doing in-game Graal. Since the release of Cataclysm and subsequent patches Blizzard have made significant changes to the netcode of the game and it has been acknowledged by a number of players I've spoken to that when it comes to raiding and large scale pvp encounters that a 384k connection is simply not sufficient anymore for reliable results.
A lot will also depend on how you configure the game and any add-ons or voice communications that you utilize while playing.
