MWEB Uncapped Subscribers Feedback

Just thought I'd say that I upgraded my 384k uncapped to a 512k uncapped, which became a 1Meg Uncapped and I have no complaints. There have been occasional downtimes, but these are very few and don't usually last long.
Perhaps I've just been lucky but, in my opinion, Mweb do a great job.
 
My internet is so slow I can't stream youtube. Websites also slow.

Same here. Even myBB took an age to load. There must be a problem on the network.
 
Seven o clock last night, my connection took a nose-dive. Before that I was getting pretty decent pings and 100k/s downloads. Which is slower than it's supposed to be, but at least not dead.

Eventually had to give up and go to bed. I got an Afrihost account last night. If I don't get the same issue on that side, I'm moving. Two odd years of this nonsense is enough.

Now if only I could move somewhere other than Telkom...

What I'd like to see from MWEB is an explanation as to why multiple people are having issues, yet "there's nothing wrong on [their] side"... Please, do explain.

Still cant connect to the Steam network ... been 24hours already. (was not going to test after 00:00am as i get up at 5:00am every morning) Not the first time this has happened. Changed to my telkom account, and works.

Thanks MWEB for the "great" service, but this has gone on far too long. (Been bitching long enough with no resolution)
Handed in my note for service termination.

Please advise if your getting any specific error message when logging in to STEAM with your MWEB account?

Steam, Itunes, Rift all is working as it should no need to fret any more. Besides I hear the grass is so green over there because of too much ****. At any given time when I look into the openweb thread there is issues with person X on backbone X, I'm quite sure accounts is being shuffled around there to give the perception of limitless uncapped. Just matter of time before that tree too reach implosion point as I've asked millions of times, how long can openweb keep up the face of limitless uncapped till it's lekker borked, which seems to me is now becoming more and more real.

Until a stage is reached where I could open the thread and see 100% uptime without any issues, there'd be no reason to switch over as openweb is just as part of the lesser evil of imperfection that mweb is.

ya htc on the afterhours uncapped, that's normally pretty stable, but not everyone get 10mb lines, fooking hellkom screw us over :P
