You get uncapped ADSL - the wifi comes from connecting the ADSL to a wifi router.

Call Telkom on 10210 and order ADSL.
They'll check if ports are available on the Exchange and send out a tech to assist.

6 pair indoor, normally used for internal distribution in a building or flat complex.
Only if you know where that cable goes to. If it terminates on a telephone DP, then yes you should be able to get a landline connection and hence ADSL.
Any idea why the cable termination was cut?
