There used to be a way to book learners/drivers licenses telephonically. Is this still the case or do you need to visit them in person?

How do you not fall over from the torque when you rev that thing?

How do you rev it? There's nothing functional on that thing. Even the front doesn't have shocks, just 2 pipes. That thing serves no more use than a jungle gym for kids to climb and play on. Why even call it a bike?

EDIT: "V8 Lexus powered bike" - LOL, it's not powered, it's a V8 Lexus engine in a pipe frame, resembling a bike shape.

Look closely, there is a springer type suspension behind the headlight.
 
Well sure, but no clutch, brakes, footrests, gear lever...it's like the client asked for minimalist approach, then handed it over to an ANC Tender for commission.

HAHA! well it does seem work in progress. Then again, it could just be a showpeice for the company.
