She's not the brightest peanut in the packet considering her business is her name. That said, who here hasn't said something stupid before by being either uninformed or just not thinking it through.

Anyway, guess if you advertise your stupidity on social media you deserve to be judged on social media. One thing is sure though, never bike close to Zampelli Nail Studio (or was that Hair Studio?)

So Friday i got the chance to do a very short stint on a Honda NC700. Was an interesting thing, tbh.
I wonder if I could get used to one as a daily.

It is very interesting and surprising.

I would happily ride one daily if I didn't need to look at it. :)

so this weekend I tried to open up my bike and have a look at exactly what is wrong.

then I noticed that the previous mechanic never opened up the bike at all. like no doubt about it.

so I need a reliable, independent mechanic in PTA that I can trust. so preferably someone you guys can vouch for personally.

it took me two days to type this out because I am still so angry at the previous guys.

how do you tell me my CAM shaft is completely broken, but you have never opened it up?

Flip dude - well hopefully the damage is not as bad as he made it out to be in the first place. Will ask around and let you know.

thanks man.

and I dont think the damage is as bad.
the main reason they thought the CAM was broken from what I can tell is because a cap came off on the back of the back cylinder.
they thought this was the CAM tensioner. but the CAM tensioner is on the front part of that Cylinder.

the Front cylender does not have the same plate on the second part, it is just welded shut.

it is really difficult to explain, I have some photos, I will upload them in a bit and show it nice and visually so you guys can understand what I mean.

I would have opened the engine myself.
It's not that difficult to strip and reasemble an engine.
If engineering work is needed (skimming of head, cut of crank), you just drop it off for there.

Who will do the engineering work?
Now I'm actually wondering if my local engineering place actually works on bike engine's too ...
