but only if you are in a good coverage region, and don't have signal issues.
When I get up, I'll try to figure out why the subscription cost is not fixed for each bundle - is it because the speeds are different? Pricing is abit confusing.
Hold the phone!! I don't see any reason to get overly enthused by iBurst's latest pricing moves. Considering that iBurst has absolutely no need for Telkom in the delivery of its service:
1) Why are they still charging per Gig when we've had 2 ISP's who've shown that it is possible to provide 100% uncapped ADSL from R399/month?
2) 64K...I'm about to drop a turd in my pants from non-excitement!
3) Am I the only one who thinks that iBurst is doing some fancy footwork with numbers while delivering sweet F-ALL in the face of market trends and solutions as currently offered by the likes of Chilli and Screamer? (hehehehe...chilli and screamer...sounds like one blerrie hot chilli[I digress]
It make no sense to me that we're singing the praises of a company that has simply changed the flavour and colour of the lube while giving us different versions of the same thing. Like NeoSmell, why can't iBurst come out with some truly uncapped services instead of this hocus-pocus, number-shuffling balls!!
iBurst – which has around 80,000 broadband subscribers – announced today that it is increasing its data bundle sizes and significantly reducing its out-of-bundle and booster rates. Data bundles increase by between 50 to 100% while Top-Ups will drop by as much as 96%.
