New Openweb ADSL concerns, comments

Oh yah.

They keep sending me an invoice for the Vanilla Uncapped, but I've been on and paying for Gold Uncapped.

Pointed it out before, but nothing done about it :erm:

Have to admit I still don't even understand what the whole issue is about.

I need a summary.

Haven't changed cause my line hasn't been running this well in a long time :p
Even during "office hours" I'm only "throttled" to about 50% of 4 Meg line and some days not even that.

50% daytime... That's enough for me to pull the plug. That's poor I would say.
 
So, have also put in my cancellation notice after some fighting.

In their last email, they sent a screenshot of my usage apparently showing that the account was not being shared. However, I've been using a new WebAfrica account since about the 25th of last month. Their screenshot showed usage for July of 38 gigs so far :wtf: ROFL. Our point exactly Openweb...
