New Openweb ADSL concerns, comments

It goes deeper than that. Here we have one person on the Titan entry level product, and their colleague on a more 'premium' package (presumably Gold), with the same ADSL account login.
Different accounts speeds mind you. The flavour of gold account was on a 2mbps line while the titan was on a 4mbps line.

Hmm I always thought it odd when my account stopped working suddenly and I got a new password out of nowhere.... Sometimes a new username as well lol

Oh well...

I'm not a customer anymore, haven't been for a long time, so nothing I can really do to help...

Our entire product offering has been created around this self-management principle.

Yeah, I managed to get no speed during the day, so I managed to get through to you to go for the Gold, which you managed to stuff up, so I managed to cancel and move on.

While looking through the mails to OW I also note that I wanted to cancel a week after I had joined due to your customer (s)care being almost non existent....

Thanks I self managed that quite well.

Some more good info.

And more data to assist in the speculative analysis of account sharing and concurrent connections:

Capture.JPG

One IS account, 2 concurrent connections. One in CPT, the other in PE.

There's two very different account usage patterns when analysing the history over a few months. So, I wonder what impact the one user has on the other's performance (besides the service degradation/star rating downgrade speculations).

Things like this confirm why my then Silver special out-performed my "Gold" upgrade. Because I was allocated both log-ins (also 1122)

Well; this is mine.

What is interesting is, my PC is here with me in Somerset West, so my router is on but shouldn't be active at all, and if active, minimal traffic.
I've been here since Monday.

Check attached screenshot of my account.

What do you guys see?

Looks normal. If your router is on you will still get throughput it will just be low, like it is in your screenshot.
