How did you get that error, is it during sim activation or order?
The URL doesn't exist anymore. How did you get that error, is it during sim activation or order?
And a vpn is not an option for you?I am trying not to be one of those people who moan about the 360p video, but it is the dealbreaker for me. I would rather pay a bit extra for 720p.
When I saw the headline, I thought I was finally saved from Telkom and their uncapped LTE with substandard speeds, but it's just not meant to be. Even though I get sub 5Mbps speeds on Telkom, at least I can stream HD video. Given that my parents use it for Netflix and YouTube, Rain is not feasible.
So have to go through RAIN directly who doesn't offer the trial no more.Oooopsie!!!

And for some reason no pro rata.Bummer![]()
Phone them and ask them to upgrade your sim.Anyone managed to upgrade current sim ? Phoned them and they said I should just order the R479 and my sim would get upgraded and I would be billed pro-rate at the end of the month.
However when I tried ordering the R479 option it wanted to bill me the full amount :/.
That is what I did, and they said I should order from the store and it would get "upgraded" and only be billed pro-rata.Phone them and ask them to upgrade your sim.
Curious to know how livestreaming services like Twitch would be affected. Some streams are 1080p or nothing and require about 6000kbps constant throughput.
Does this also apply to DSTV now?
