Has anyone had a response from these morons in respects of the price reductions and how it is going to work?

No-one bothers answering e-mails (and I have sent many) nor does anyone there seem to know anything about the price reductions.

They are becoming more and more ****ing incompetent by the second.

I posted some info further up.

You are welcome to ask if you need any other clarification and I will get the details for you.

well my bandwidth report has suddenly started saying that i have a 9.5GB cap instead of my usual 3.5GB cap...

just seems wierd when it says, Used: 3.62GB, available: 0.00GB and then it says at the end, when you have reached 9.5gb you will be throttled...

but anyway... like i expected more...

oh and with regards to two modems on one account.... when they SUCKER you into renewing your contract you get your new modem linked to your account and your old one stays active on it too...

LOL. out of all the SA ISPs this company has gotta have the biggest bunch of useless idiots working for it starting from the top right down to the bottom.

And as much as many people don't like telkom I have to say I've not had a single problem with them since June/July last year when I first got my ADSL, whereas iburst screwup on a daily basis.

Tradepage is a reseller of iBurst, so my guess is that they (iBurst) simply made the new prices available to them. It's not like it's some kind of secret...

Well, I'm on the 3.5GB package right now. Does this mean I can't migrate to the new 5GB package because it costs less than the 3.5GB currently does?

Tried to call the biliing dept  been on hold for 23 minutes with the stupid recorded voice

No joy

hmmm.... preferential treatment?
I was speaking to another iBurst reseller, and he hasn't been told ****...
Nope I don't think so... you just need to find a reseller who keeps up. The information has gone out to the channel - if your reseller doesn't know about it then he's sleeping
