Newer data bundles being consumed first!

It seems Telkom Mobile has fixed this in the last two or three days.
Sadly they did not let me know, even though I have a complaint case number and provided them with contact details.

Unfortunately I did not check my usage, so I can't be sure if I actually used those older remaining bundles, or if they were simply set to 0.

Maybe others can confirm if their older bundles are actually being used or just reset to 0??

Such a pity Telkom Mobile did not (and still have not) provide feedback

The Telkom Mobile Rep has advised that their back end team investigating this issue has not yet provided any feedback.

So now I have no idea if the problem was fixed and I actually used the remaining data in the older bundles, or they simply reset to 0.

I am certainly not buying another bundle to find out!

Any other users who experienced this problem, feedback would be appreciated....

I received this reply just now, let's wait and see...

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please wait for the data bundle to expire end of April. We are able to refund expired data.
The new Telkom Mobile data take priority when been used.

Either Telkom Mobile has given me a very nice bonus, or some developers are in for a severe butt kicking :whistling:

Wow, same here - all existing bundles have been restored to the purchase value (will be a bit difficult to consume some of them before Tuesday, though).

Let's hope it's not a mistake :D

And thanks, Telkom!!

Checked on USSD, seems the webpage is mistaken (and is showing total bundle size, rather than remaining bundle balance).

Telkom/8ta has lost interest, latest reply from them:

"Please be advised that unfortunately data bundles are strictly technically in stack order. Thank you"

This is worth a 2nd look: data bundles are strictly technically in stack order

*sigh*
