Obtaining IP Address...

I have a small issue with my phone... I can't connect to my work wifi via my Samsung Grand Neo Plus... It just says obtaining IP Address and then says failed to connect... the connection is strong and every other device works well. Connects well to Vast and Always on and home wifi... I have restarted my phone a million times, clicked on forget network and then re entered the pass word...

Please help, what can I do?

Give it a static ip.

If it is a corporate network, you might find that the IT admin has blocked your MAC address from utilizing the WiFi

I have an Internal, and External network set up and block all mobile devices from the internal network by default.

This is most likely the issue.
