Only problem I have at the moment is telkom not coming to the party. Would be nice if they come to the part and sort out the exchange :(

Oh wow, http downloads are MUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH better! Zero problems for me at the moment :D

Great to hear.

We'll be taking a break from the forums in an official capacity for a while now.

Have a great Christmas, and have a happy new year to everyone.

****ing beautiful. :love:

I like the idea behind their uncapped model.

I need about 400-600Gb a month and 60% of that goes towards Youtube/Twitch and CW seems pretty fair towards that usage style.
Moved to a new place and waiting for my VDSL line to be installed, definitely going to look into this ISP once I am back on the grid.

Seems there is an issue in London. Won't be able to get feedback today with it being a worldwide public holiday but I will report it. Not 100% sure but it looks like one of the servers is having a hard time in the data centre there in London - not something we can easily fix - have to get the guys in London responsible for the international link to try to resolve that one, if it persists.

a big chunk of my cap got used up

firewall logs don't show anything ;_;

Looks like this was a temporary glitch - seems all sorted now. Let me know if you don't see the same.

You can PM me your details if you'd like?

All accounts are locked to a phone number so can only be used by that line. I can send you the session logs showing data from every session if need be, but we don't log what bytes of data are used for. FYI, you can also log into the customer portal and see the session logs as well.

I know for a fact I am the only one using my account, but I wanted to ask support for usage logs to find out which days I used it as I was on holiday for 3 weeks this month. I found out where all those packets went now though, thanks... flipping Steam

Glad you got to the bottom of it. Steam updates can be massive.

Have you sorted out the issue with emails CW? I never get a reply from them?

I sent in an email now with an issue...
