something is fked
youtube autoloads to 144p (why is this res even a thing)
twitch streams dont load at all
and browsing seems sluggish

then I ping 8.8.8.8 and get ~9ms

will do the support thing when I have time

Thanks for the results, I can see that the packet loss starts at your exchange and continues further down the route path, This could be due to the upgrades and work being done. I'll forward this data off to our network team to also just investigate from our end but can you also just keep an eye out for any improvement on your end
