@CW please see request #12280 and #16567. I would like to take this up with you later. Thanks.

Then eishkom's power issue will be solved within a few months, no more e-tolls and Nkandla will become a holiday resort where CW customers can get discount.

And Tamryn could be the speaker of Parliament! :D

Another option is the 300GB capped account for R199.00/m
I haven't got all the details yet ito performance, etc, but If that will meet my expectations, yes I will pay that premium.

@Hectic

I'd totally switch to an ISP that offered me 300GB's for R199pm. Which ISP is this?

My line speed utilisation is still bouncing around like mad. I'll probably swap routers to see if that's possibly the issue and if it isn't, then I'm going to have to get on the line to Telkom to get my port recreated. I don't understand why the company that gives me access to their infrastructure doesn't give me diagnostic or line management tools like they do for their mobile customers. Why can't they just have most of the same functionality to help ease the amount of traffic to their call centre for things like line upgrades or port resets?

Telkom are looking at introducing this with their new systems from what I can tell.

And everyone would have dedicated fibre to their homes. :D

I have purchased a Samsung smart TV that has offered me vox telecom free for 1 million megs - so as much as I like being a Crystal Web customer it would be silly of me not to take up this offer

Some of our existing customers have this too - with static routes setup to route certain traffic over certain ISP accounts - works very well.

You know what they say - if it ain't broke...:whistle:

:D

I hear you although I would have no idea how to set this up or even how it works & it will save us money - we will come back once we have used up all our free megs :)

Well, Someone seems to have disappeared from a certain thread. Another free accounts this month and run maybe?
