I was chatting to support a few minutes ago

During the day my downloads are now shaped to 58kB/sec
After hours it`s shaped to about 90Kb/sec
and after 12 at night it`s running at full speed.

Usage for the month so far:
Total Combined (Mb): 67165.86

According to CW
Shaping gets released fully on on our accounts between midnight and 7am

This is not what I signed up for....

This is not what I signed up for....
What downloads? P2P/NNTP? If so I'd kind of expect to see that.
If it's HTTP however, I'd be unhappy too..
 
I have contacted support 3 times and the best I can get is that shaping is taking place.

General Support: Shaping gets released fully on on our accounts between midnight and 7am.

and currently I am getting the 46Kb/sec

What I am downloading has got F-all to do with you. Crystal Web knows what it is so F-Off

unless you are speaking to a support agent and telling the agent what you are downloading it isn't known and it is pertinent
it is particularly important whether you are experiencing a problem on one site or across the board etc ...

this is why troubleshooting is a process and why it is individualized

there is a known problem of customers experiencing anxiety over a lack of available entertainment with SONA wrapping up and the Mentalist having aired its last episode and a solution is being worked on

I have sent them unedited screenshots of my downloads with every contact.
 
Seems to me that you're having the same issues I am. Downloads and regular browsing aren't running at full speed or even bursting for me and streaming from Youtube has been pretty sucky most times of the day that I try watch anything. The only thing that does run at full line speed are torrents and Netflix and that's not exactly what I need during work hours.
