Downloading was fine the weekend but streaming was low quality and gaming was and still is awful. I got used to sitting with sub 260 ping and the last 3 days has been at 300 and above

Had exactly the opposite experience. Streaming in HD most of the time but downloads were garbage.

Eish, please ask billing to stop sending me payment overdue mails ..... I've sent about 4 different emails to billing with proof of payments and whatnot. I'm not a criminal, lol

Had this issue over the weekend as well, downloads were fine though, But when playing League of Legends on Eu west servers ping would be 195 then it jumps up to 2500 ms, same with dota, Ping on SA server will be like 20-32 ms then all of a sudden I can't move, mailed support and was told it is exchange congestion, did not have this problem with other ISP though

On track for completed install and operation by end of this week. Last time we got an update on this.
From what I've seen CW is pretty open and honest about the timelines and not scared to take it on the chin and fessing up.
Much better than the delay and blame shifting I've seen in other threads.
EDIT: Though the streaming was a bit meh the weekend, downloads as well as gaming pings were fantastic. So I am happy for that.

I would have liked an email from CW to let me know they were doing maintenance that could/would interrupt service.
FWIW, downloads this weekend for 10/10.

It's not CW directly. It's IS their upstream provider. This is why WA accounts are also effected by this. Both using IS.

I'm retyping information found 5 pages back - for those not following the thread as closely. I also added in my own weekend experience as others have done.
How do these things translate into me working for them - or seem to work for them - from your point of view?
Maybe just say in your post you are copying and pasting. It sounds like you are speaking on behalf of CW.

I feel it's CWs obligation to their subscribers to communicate such news. Be proactive rather than reactive.
