Anyone else just dc at the router to just be reconnected to an utterly broken CW? is their support offline till tommorow?

Started getting terrible latencies in counterstrike and bf4.
 
Anyone else lagging like a beast to IS network?

Getting like 160 ping to anything on IS, normal pings to anything else.

things looked fine earlier, looks like something has gone tits up in a big way
 
Internet very crappy tonight, SD streams buffering on 4MB :( :(

I like the guys and support is great, but I'm thinking of leaving and coming back later... I need stable internet

Same here, on youtube, 360p is buffering on a 4meg line. Browsing is perfect but streaming not so much.

acestream struggling on 10mb line. Router not going above about 4mbps.
 
Telkom, webafrica and afrihost accounts are working fine. Seems to be:

It is infuriating to see the NNTP speeds start at 1.5MB/s, then fall down to 300-400kB/s immediately. Seems like everything is throttled down to 4Mbps levels. Then they have the audacity to waste my time on pathpings and other nonsense to "troubleshoot".
The only thing that needs troubleshooting is CW routers/shapers... and possibly their bank account so they can buy more bandwidth and provide the service they advertise and promise.

Pathetic.
 
BF4 latencies went to hell.
Sigh. Just fix this :/
EDIT: Browsing also slow now?

Cancelling tomorrow. Not worth it at this rate. Maybe try again once they've settled all the issues.

Downloads either fail, or sit at a low percentage of line speed. Might as well be regular uncapped.

Regular uncapped with other ISPs at least gives you line speeds 00:00 - 06:00. With this account I have *never* seen line speed, on anything except local speedtest.

Will ask around tomorrow what recourse there is legally for such a blatant case of false advertising.
 
I think there are bigger issues at play here tonight. Streaming speeds were crappy, so I wanted to swap Unotelly servers, which necessitated a router reset. Now I can't get any account to authenticate, not even the Telkom guest account.

My account has performed, but more often, not, and their support has been good. But I'm not prepared to pay a premium while issues get sorted out.

Back to trying to find a stable high cap product. Internet in SA really suck :(
