My neighbourhood is set to get Telkom Fibre when it's commercially launched (end November?) looking forward to seeing the insane pricing from Telkom and whatever Crystal Web has to offer

I cannot access live chat from work - I will be okay as long as they are sent out before 3.30pm otherwise can I contact you guys telephonically when I get home?

I have a question - what can cause me to have packet loss on my 2nd hop(to the exchange) when doing a tracert?

A line fault, exchange congestion, poor wireless signal (if it stems from the first hop), poor internal cabling, faulty router.

More than likely exchange congestion though.

Email received, getting incorrect username and password for the news server, is this because the auth server is down or should I contact support?

We're seeing the authentication being done, but the response may not be 100%. Would be good to troubleshoot it quickly if you can.
