When can we expect proper performance on single threaded downloads? I really want to update my iPad to 8.1.1 but I am getting sub 30k download speeds which after awhile iTunes times out. Even though my line is with you guys, can I use my prepaid account with WebAfrica to get this job done?
 
When I send an email to support, I do not receive a reply and I do not even receive automatic confirmation of receipt. However when I get a “How would you rate” email, I can then see the reply that you sent, further down in the email. This has happened a few times recently.

I sent the above to support on Saturday, and umm........ I didn't get a response :)

Same here for me. Never get the reply but on the survey email of rating support I can see the reply?
 
Those "rate our service" emails are a pain.
I get 100 mails for a single connection to live chat and then I must rate the service?
 
Woah. Torrents at line speed. What's wrong?!? ;)

NNTP flying too which is great...but normal HTTP downloads are horrendously slow. Updating something like malwarebytes takes HOURS. Why? Surely it should get some priority as well? The same goes for AV updates, it takes very long.
 
My connection just died halfway through a raid.
Edit: Seems my actual line is dead. Argh.

This means that it dropped data carrier detection, in other words the Telkom network dropped its connection from your location to the upstream servers entirely - usually indicates a problem between Telkom and the data servers, i.e. something on the Telkom network still, but not the exchange...
 
Anyone experiencing problems with unodns? My browsing does not work but bbc does
 
With the Cape Town server yeah. Johannesburg server is working fine for me at the moment.

Im using these servers and its not working

lasts nights storm seems to have killed several NICs, the switch and the modem while keeping everything in between just fine.... on top of that seemingly impossible event everything was unplugged from the mains.

great start to my holiday
