Yep, they said here on the forums last week that it would be fixed the next day...it has come and gone with no fix. How am I supposed to know what cap I have got left on a capped account? CW is falling apart it seems.

Looks like you get 200GB for your "uncapped" ...and I get 300GB, which makes me the winner.

Swaaak haha, I chatted to CW sales via their site before signing up. I told the sales ass that im a relatively high user, pulling on average 300gB a month and am tired of being shaped/throttled to dial up speeds, the ass laughed and said thats low usage and that id never have a problem. Sweet.

So far its been no better or worse than any other ISP ive been with.

I think what happens is you get 200 gigs of capped data and then you get moved over to really shaped uncapped accounts.

Just a theory, Not sure how it works, What speed account are you on?

Yea, 200Gigs is the "Unshaped" allocation on their 4Mbps uncapped. 300Gigs is the Allocation on their 10Mbps Accounts I believe.
