Nani is kark... Lets see Tosic now! I really would like to see him play. Only saw glimpses of him while I was in Serbia...

Defence looked miles better with Rio back next to Vidic. Midfield was not too bad. Rooney had to do way to much work, especially tracking back, for my liking. But he did it well.

Anderson is still not good enough, neither is Nani.

BBT still looked short of match-fitness.

O'Shea actually did better, for once.

Hopefully, it is onward and upward from here.

Next up, the Fa Cup :)

hey there, 1st post in Man U thread... been a supporter for a few years now :)

Very psyched bout the semi, all my friends seem to support Arsenal for some reason...

U guys think the "quad" is on!?

Yup. Vidic and Ferdinand holding down the defense is definitely the best for us. Our defense hasn't looked that good in ages. Just wish we could get a decent RB now (guess we'll have to wait for Rafael)

Indeed. O'shea provides very little coming forward - it was the same with Wesley Brown when he was around.

Winning a string of trophies mean very little if the team dont play total entertaining football. That is what the club is known for and what the fans buy tickets to see.

They buy tickets to see a show. We all know Barcelona can entertain :cool:

Fair enough. It's just that fans want trophies as well. Ask any Arsenal fan if they'd rather have season after trophyless season playing exciting, attacking football all the time or one with slightly lower levels of excitiment and something to show for it at the end of the year, and I am sure I know what they'd go for.
 
He's right - Arsenal is a French team in England, and Barca is a Catalan team in Spain. :p
 
must say...the team fergie played yesterday is so one-dimensional. had chances but not really much to speak of.
 
Agreed ....but its good 2 see what we have lined up for the future ....wellbeck,Macheda,Gibbons,Da silva Twins.......they're still very young but with time will get there
 
yeah I guess fergie wouldnt play all of them at the same time if it was the champs league or league for now. The defense was good. The midfield and frontlines were not very effective...
