HELP
Errol

Exactly what Vodacom wanted.

And. The worst is yet to come. If we move over to a cloud system Vodacom is gonna smile like JZ did after the one incident I cannot name here for fear of being banned, but it involved a night of being unsafe...

It seems like the perfect time to. Get out and move to either CellC or 8ta...

...and Jannie say it is unsustainable:erm:
When Jannie uses the word 'unsustainable' he refers to Vodacom's bottom line. Vodacom couldn't care about a customer's sustainability, if they did they would have put a mechanism in place to prevent an OOB shock. Hell, even Telkom did that, so how difficult can it really be?

Never thought I'd say this, but I'm also ready to move.

What I don't understand is why you're all still here, complaining like a bunch of abused women.

If you are in a bad relationship, get out!

My guess is Coverage & Contracts...
Abuse victims often try and justify their abuse.

Just to be clear, I'm in no way trying to make light of spousal abuse.

I wonder whether we stay with our network operators and satellite TV providers and banks for the same psychological reasons that abused women stay in abusive relationships. You see it all over this foroum; people complaining about DSTV, Telkom, etc. why don't they just leave?
Are we all victims of Brand-Loyalty Abuse?

Hmm, this thread should be moved to the "Health and Relationships" forum or even PD :erm:

Don't these guys offer a hard cap? I find it very devious that they don't.

See this thread...

They can't help it they're hoping that things will change. After every new package offer and the promises of price cuts they decide to stay and the cycle of abuse continues.

I can't stop laughing!! hehe

It's not THAT bad....well, a leetle bit. :(

If there was a way to get out of a vodacom contract without paying a ridiculous fee, I would have been gone long ago...

OOB Shark - ANOTHER victim

Hi All

To make a long story short, about 3 and a half gb of data was used on my data contract this weekend, which is funny because I wasn't at home and all my equipment was shut down.

Does anyone have any advice on how to dispute this? I want to at least make some noise before I pay the bill!

Cheers!
