A few questions regarding Bonding.

1. Does the bonded service come with static IP's?
2. Does the bonded service have any rolling windows or is it true uncapped?
3. Do you have any speedtests from bonded services you currently have running?
4. Is this product based on the IS backbone?

1. Does the bonded service come with static IP's? Yes, it includes 5 Static IP addresses
2. Does the bonded service have any rolling windows or is it true uncapped? No, it is true uncapped
3. Do you have any speedtests from bonded services you currently have running? If you email [email protected] I can do some tests for you.
4. Is this product based on the IS backbone? It depends on which bonded solution you take. The core is IS on some packages, however the backbone is not. (We use some very advances routing to make bonding work)

International dead ATM??? I have extremely high latency and slow speeds. Is anything up ?

There are no network issues that we are aware of.

We have tested a few international downloads, and all is well.

Try switching off your router for 20 minutes then back on. If you still experience an issue, please consult with Telkom.

My skype keeps reconnecting every few seconds, everything else is working fine here.

Something is very wrong. Stuff that used to work is broken, i.e. zero throughput on some connections. switched to back up and everything is fine. Noticed the same problem with Skype. loses connection for periods of time. The weirdness started about 10pm

sometime this evening... Gave up for tonight (streaming off netflix)... Will c tommoz.

Same here now, noticed zero to little throughput. Line is only running at 20% of it's potential

I don't know what's going on, the IS server, among other things, is still acting strangely. It's up and down like a yo-yo for me. Kind of disappointed that it happened on a weekend, and at this time as well. The chances of anything getting fixed anytime soon are slim.

Back on my Gold Account. Seems that everything is working fine again. So far.

Played GMod to a New York server while on a 4 man Skype call with low latency.

Absolutely brilliant.
