On Gold Uncapped. This is bad! Been like this all day!

I know it's not Openweb's fault that Twitch.tv is lagging like crazy :( I HATE YOU TWITCH.TV!!!! YOU ARE KILLING E-SPORT!
 
Everything super slow here, Dota 2 takes ~15 seconds for anything to happen, youtube isn't streaming, 3am.co.za is buffering every 2-3 seconds.
 
Based on the tracert, you are suffering from a congested exchange or a Telkom fault.

Hop 2 is high, which resides on the Telkom exchange.

Kindly call Telkom on 10210 and log a fault

Hulu suffering here too now. The freaking adds are fine, then the actual content gets stuck even on low.

Hulu is normally great, last night watching SNL I noticed the Netflix effect where it steps down quality if your connection is flaky and it became pixelated so I just gave up half way through.
 
We have contacted Hulu and they have indicated that they are experiencing server issues.

International and local is crawling this morning. My uncapped account seems to be relegated to an after hours Uncapped account with the way the shaper is hampering my browsing :(

MrBEEP recently mentioned that during business hours while any HTTP downloads are active, your browsing will be shaped as well - could be that?

My Gold account username and password hasn't worked at all today.
I called in the problem this morning at 10am.

Nobody has called me back, or posted a status of some sort, or anything like that.
How is it acceptable for support to simply disappear into the dark without any sort of status or ETA updates?

And yes, I have even emailed you directly...

They have taken some time to thoroughly test the account and find out what is wrong.

Working; Haven't really gotten around to test anything, other than logging in working.
Will mail later tonight if needed.
