I need some assistance here please from anyone on this thread. I have pretty much done everything i can possibly do regarding the speeds i get on my account. I attach speedtest results for 2 accounts. The first 2 are for the account i have a problem with, it si a 4 meg uncapped account. The second is a standard capped account. Then i attach some info on the router. I have done the telkom route, whereby they arrived, had a look, tested, reset, tested again, and then charged me R600 for call out cause there is nothing wrong with my line. So if anyone can assist to tell me why my 4 meg uncapped runs at just over 2 meg, when it is supposedly unshaped and or after hours? Just to set the record, i am not talking about working hours monday to friday, but evenings and weekends. No change. Thanks.
