My internet has just slowed to a snails pace as well.

I'm in the Pietermaritzburg area.
 
No issues here on capped. Capped is routed differently though, I think...
 
Internet crawled to a halt here too (10mb Gamer King, Durban)

Switched accounts to a prepaid for a minute, then switched back and all is well. Seems the re-authentication sorted it out?

Yeah, international sites load fine now. Perhaps it was just a short glitch in the matrix :)
 
My international is down for the last hour and video streaming is pathetic.... Randburg, Gauteng
 
Anyone in cape town have access to the is bews server ....down on my webafrica account as well.
 
anyone else on openweb titan uncapped with no international connectivity, silence from openweb, call logged etc but still no response

no traffic the entire day, afrihost and telkom accounts working perfectly

I've sent numerous emails, put posts on this forum, and still nothing.

I’ve been issued an invoice to be debited for the account below but as yet the account is still inactive.

When can I expect to get any feedback on this query at all and when will my account be re-activated.

I signed up for a new 2Mbps Gold Uncapped (Power) account on the 22nd of Jan. Part of the promotion was that the rest of the month is free and you get debited pro rata at the end of Jan. Anyway, yesterday afternoon, the account was simply unusable and became inactive.

I signed up to be debited every month, it would appear, however, that a debit order wasn't activated for this account. And now I've been disconnected. Please help.

Anyone getting really slow is new server speeds...Looks like only one or 2 threads run at a time ....Been like that most of saturday night and today.

EDIT: Aaand, we're back. Telkom must be fiddling with something.

Yup, had over 9000ms (literally) on GW2 now.
Restarted router, still bad (1k ms +)

Switched to my free 1GB Afrihost account, performing perfectly. Something went belly up at OW? =/
