I've sent numerous emails, put posts on this forum, and still nothing.

I’ve been issued an invoice to be debited for the account below but as yet the account is still inactive.

When can I expect to get any feedback on this query at all and when will my account be re-activated.
 
Is anyone having any issues streaming atm? Everything is extremely slow.

Currently got a http download coming down at 30kb/s. Woohoo!
 
Really not happy with the performance of NNTP this entire weekend given that it's all supposed to be unshaped. I get much better performance during early mornings on weekdays.
 
Yip whole weekend has been a bust , getting slow speeds on downloads and League of Legends ping was bad , at some points would disconnect. even Reloaded my Pc this weekend as gaming was a waste with bad pings.
 
I'm having trouble access Microsoft's website and just general slowness.

I'm on 2MB Gold Leon Uncapped.
 
All in all, a very disappointing weekend. I was hoping to mellow out a bit with GW2 after Jool at Stellenbosch on friday night, but no internet joy to be had this weekend. :(
 
If there's one thing I've learned, it is to complete a tracert before anything else. The vast majority of my issues have been exchange congestion. Once I realised that, I knew where to direct my anger...

I'm in Durbanville and my internet is perfect. In fact, if it gets faster, my router is going to burn up!

Can't access some international websites.
