Hey sand_man

Can you please drop a mail to [email protected] (if emailing is possible) with the username so that we can see what is wrong

Mmmmm, battling to authenticate. 10mb Special edition. Must just say performance on this account has been nothing but superb, returning subscriber...

@ sand man I think its standard uncapped at a reduced rate as vanilla uncapped is R339 for 4mps.

Mmmmmm, quite possible.

The 10mb standard account is close to R1k though, the Vanilla around R700...

Mmmmmm.... Getting great value on the 10mb account....

I think it's Vanilla uncapped with the month of April gratis and at a slightly reduced monthly rate.

How the hell did you get those amazing speeds of yours if it's a vanilla :wtf:

Seriously amazing package that Super Edition... OpenWeb must be growing market share tremendously these days

Hi Patrick,

I am currently connected to your account and cannot replicate this.

I am getting 7.2Mbps using my 8 Mbps line which is a good speed considering overheads etc

Hi MrBeep,

It looks like I needed you to "blow the pipes clean" as now it's hitting full speed!!!

Thanks again!!!
Openweb Rocks & will always be my ISP of choice. :)

Guys - are the connections to Speedtest.net servers not given special priority on the network ? I heard rumors of this, and that the speeds indicated cannot be taken seriously.

Just asking..

Thx

There's a "thats what she said" line in there somewhere!

On another note, has anyone else been having huge latency issues? I played LoL last night and the weekend and my ping was always over 300ms. Last night I got home and it was sub 200ms. Here after 9pm it just went bonkers, well over 500ms.

I tested and downloaded the Ubuntu 12.10 distro... granted a local distro, averaging 962 Kilobytes (not bits) per second... good enough for me. @BrendanMC, there's no "thats what she said" issue. It's there, it's solid, & it blows my socks off!!!

BrendanMc, I've been having the same problem for the past 2 days. Opened a ticket and still not sorted out. Speeds are great with different ISP.

I've been having packet loss issues in GW2 after hours, but I'm not sure if it's my line or my account.
